    Good morning everyone..

In January when we were visiting our local Wyevale GC Mr Kandy decided to buy some more soft fruit bushes to go with the ones we bought the other year and are doing well and are established on the allotment.

One of the bushes we bought in a pot was a Jostaberry because Mr Kandy had read about them and wanted to have a go at growing and hopefully producing fruit from the plant. The problem is that while the other bushes, namely Whitecurrants,Loganberry,Tayberry, have all got good growth on them ie leaves, the Jostaberry looks as dead as a Dodo:sad: We were waiting for some decent ground conditions in not waterlogged before putting the bushes into the ground as I don't really like them going into cold soil.

I have found the receipt of when we purchased the bush but there is nothing on the back of the receipt about a guarantee.

Are we entitled to take the dead plant still in the pot back to the garden centre to ask for our money back as the plant wasn't in growth when we bought it and we don't really want to lose £9.99 and still have no fruit or bush:sad:

    Any advice would be welcome...Thanks:smile:
