Desert Wildlife ?

    So I had a week off in the USA & spent a day at Red Rock Canyon just ouside Las Vegas. Its looking quite lush at the moment, depsite a distinct lack of rain:

    and I spotted these cuties which makes a change from the normal Lizards & Beetles:

    Strangely much cuter when safely out of nibbling range of my garden !

      A beautiful lizard, a Purple Backed Spiny Lizard and cute Mule Deer.:dbgrtmb:
      It was 42c when we went to Vegas a few years ago, too hot to venture out of the strip!
