      Interesting Keith.

The bit that caught my eye was the fact that it is a sterile hybrid and consequently flowers for a very long time - just can't seem to make those seeds.

I am a great believer in long flowering plants as a way of keeping colour in the garden.

You have prompted me to have a Google, as I have a healthy looking Isoplexis sceptrum in my greenhouse. I gather that it flowere in late summer in its third (current) year. So I am looking foreward to that.

I would have been tempted by it were it not for the price!

I wonder if the sterility is a bit of a red herring? It goes from having a low rate of germination to being completely sterile..........

Isoplexis sceptrum looks nice! I have I.canariensis germinating madly at the moment.
