We had a very enjoyable day yesterday wandering around the grounds and gardens of Doddington Hall near Lincoln.

For those of you who like your art, particularly in an outdoor setting, there is currently a sculpture exhibition running until September 11th.

There are various sculptures and works of art dotted around the gardens, which adds a whole new dimension to what is already a lovely place to stroll around and admire.

If you're in that area, I'd thoroughly recommend it. Here's just a taste of what you can see. :)

I'd definitely recommend it @"M", they also have a cafe and restaurant which do very nice home made cakes (I know, because I tried them ) and a farm shop which stocks all sorts of goodies too. :)
