I bought some mini plug Bacopa and Petunias over half started to die within two days of delivery.
The plants were saturated you could have squeezed the water out of them. They are dying before we even get a chance to pot them on. Parkers have replaced one order of Bacopa but they were even worse than the first ones and at least 50% have died already. Its the same with the petunias they were in a sorry state a lot of them were not even in their cells and most have died.

I bought some roses from them last year and so far they have been OK :fingers crossed: Very small though, not sure I would order anything else from them.

I have used Thompson & Morgan once. What web sites do you use if at all.I am looking for alternatives to Parkers but as always with us prices are an issue.
Val we also bought roses from Parkers they were meant to be Black Baccara but turned out to be bright red.As with yours ours are still quite small and in their third season.

Not too impressed with Parkers - the hornbeam I purchased last year were of variable quality - some were rather spindly. I suspect that they keep the 'good stuff' back for local Council's, landscapers etc. I was sent a copy of their 'good stuff' catalogue through my work - by far cheaper and not much of a 'minimum order' level for these lower prices.

I only used Parker Bulbs because I had a catalogue pushed though my door. I buy nearly all my plants online, if you are looking for bargains ebay is always worth a look I have had some excellent plants from there (always check their feedback).

        Thanks everyone.
The problem with paying £1.25 per Bacopa Harry is I need a minimum of 48 as we have eight baskets and each one needs 6 Bacopa. Each basket also has 4 Petunia or similar planted above the Bacopa.
There is also two planter style baskets which need 4 plants each.We have very limited funds hence why I used Parkers £14.99 for 66 Bacopa seemed a good deal at the time until I saw the condition of them.

Is this the same Bacopa that is used in aquariums?

The berst thing about Parkers is their catalogue.
After that its downhill all the way.

But then again, might just have the edge on T&M

I would be prepared to buy bulbs from Parkers. Maybe.

I would perhaps buy seeds from T&M, if no one else sold them. Maybe.

Not planing to buy plants from either of them again ...

I understand the cost issue ... but if a large proportion of them don't perform / need replacing then they don't have much value as you have a delayed season at best, no plants at worst - probably accompanied by a short-duration refund voucher ...

Parkers have confirmed a full refund I cannot complain about their customer service well not with me anyway.
Kristen I understand what your saying the problem is I no longer work due to health problems so even trying to find the money for Parkers can be a problem.
