    On Friday the 5th of May the paper £5 note ceases to be legal tender.

    It's time to check down the back of the sofa :snork:

    After the 5th you can still redeem them but only by sending them to the Bank of England.

    Edit: After the 5th you can save yourself trouble and just send them to me. :dbgrtmb:

            Don't forget to check kids money boxes. We emptied our kids over Easter to put in bank and they had a few in theirs.
