    1. How many bits in a byte?

    2. What is a packed byte?

    3. What is hexadecimal?


    Simple questions for any computer savvy people but seemingly not those employed by PC World!

    The tech guys at PC World have never impressed me with their technical knowledge or with their ability to get off their chairs. Sorry PC World guys but it’s been like that for a few years now :)
