Firstly a very Happy New Year to you all..

My wife bought me as a present for christmas 2 dwarf fruit trees,Peach and Nectrine. She has bought these from Ken Muir as i heard this grower was one of the better ones. Still awaiting delivery of said items so i thought it a good idea to pick up some tips on planting these in the garden. When would be the best time to plant these. Never grown fruit so any help would be much welcome. Thank you all.

I would plant them on a nice sunny South facing wall. Anytime as long as no frost is in the soil.

Dig a large hole mix in lots of compost, and train them on wires over the wall.

Alternativly you can grow them in large pots in a sunny sheltered spot.
