    Good morning all it was a very cold wind this morning,I enjoyed the river walk it blew some cobwebs away,I think most of the birds were sheltering somewhere:)

      Out in Florida for a little R&R this week - spent some time at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens yesterday, where snowy egret was keeping an eye out for treats..

          Looks more like a Cattle Egret Nick (no yellow legs) but a nice bird anyway.

          52 out of the 57 Cranes that were released on the levels have survived. And they are now reaching breeding age:phew:
