    Hi guys,

I'm looking to plant some evergreen trailing plants at the edge of our pond to cover some exposed liner.

Can anybody recommend some that won't be harmful to the pond?

    Thanks in advance.

How about some of the evergreen Ferns....i know they aren't trailing but planted close to the edge of the pond they'll drape over the edge and cover the liner:dbgrtmb:

I saw something around a pond at a nursery yesterday that looked like "Mind your own business", but I have no idea if that was what it was, or if that would do the job!

      Hello Lolly

Lysimachia nummularia 'Aurea' (Golden creeping Jenny) , is supposed to be good around ponds . I have just put some by my fountain.

sorry for bold type - cut and paste brought the perma-format in !!

In case helpful you can highlight "formatted text" like that and press the "Eraser icon" (top left) and it will convert it to "bland" ... not particularly obvious though ...

Also Ajuga looks well around a pond and trails into the water.

A mix of Ajuga and creeping jenny would look very effective around a pond.:blue thumb:
I wonder what LollyB thinks ? She seems to have dropped off.
