    :help::help::help: Hi

    I have just purchased a dwarf stock apple and pear tree to grow in containers on my patio. They look as though they are at least 1 year old they have about 4-6 branches.

    My question, if anyone can help is: Should I prune them this winter or start from next winter 2012.

    Any help would be appreciated.
