    Steve,

Do you know, I said to the other not 2 days ago, 'this looks nice, look how juicy the inside is' , as I squeezed the seed pod.

I didn't realise they were edible.

    Nathan.

I was very wary first time but surprised at how nice they taste, the bigger and juicier the better

Does anyone know if slugs are edible?

    :D

I've tried them in the past and thought them a bit insipid, but I might have another go now I know there are other weird people out there :D

Steve,I would like to add that it takes half a bottle of Les Jamelles Viognier Chardonnay to cleanse the palate afterwards.

(thats what I told the wife anyway) ;)
