Fuchsia I.D.

Hi all , can anyone help me with this one





the leaves are like velvet , the steam is burgundy and the flowers are orange ....
should have a german like name ......

any idea???

 

The red veins on the leaves look familiar... may be Fuchsia rubra grandiflora.

Agree with Armandii that pic of flowers is essential for accurate id.

 

I remembered that the name sound like jagermaister and has strange cherry like fruit
found it ....

Glad you remembered the name.
The fruits of Fuchsia are edible.

that something new....I`ve seen fuchsia tree in New Zealand but didn`t know about edible fuchsia .

Most special Fuchsia are tender.
Frost will kill most.
