:gardening: Warsash, Hampshire, Gardeners' Question Time - BBC Radio 4
Whilst in me potting shed, potting up some Tulips I was just enjoying listening to gardeners question time on the radio. During the broadcast, one of the presenters mentioned that many years ago a family member of his was known to each time he changed his car, to dig a large hole to bury his previous car in his garden :dig:

All i have found in my garden over the years thankfully is some beautiful brick paths that were under mounds of grass.
So I got to thinking to ask what have any of the GC members uncovered in their gardens - good  or otherwise :yikes:

Glass. Glass, glass, glass and glass. Glass.... oh, and did I mention glass? Every single trowel of soil in the garden which I have ever dug up has a piece of clear glass in it. I could have built a greenhouse and a conservatory with the quantities which have been uncovered over the years.

I once dug up a Roman clay marble, but that wasn't in my garden, it was on an archaeological dig. Don't suppose that counts...:dunno::heehee:
