Green Fingers Propagate Red Plants

    Hi

    I don't really have green fingers as you know but I do have these strikingly Red plants, I don't know what they are, I just picked up some broken twigs off of my garden and stuck them in a couple of pots full of compost now they have grown these most beautifully striking deep red leaves.

    Do you know what they are please.

      They look like my acer but i can't believe that an acer would strike roots that easily.
      Whatever they are i like them!

          Yes.. I did grow that on my pergola years ago.
          Lovely in the Autumn but extremely robust and fast growing.
          I'd keep it well away from the house.. it's great in the 'right' place.
