    What do you call those barrel type fixings that hold the roof windows in place ? And where can you buy them ?

    My windows in the Robinson are sliding out of position and really need to be fixed in situ.

    Tried Robinsons,seen the parts but cant order any.

    Thanks for any info :blue thumb:

    I wish I could help you but I don't know the answer. I've heard of glass being held in place with clips. :noidea:

      I'm guessing unless you have a Robinsons greenhouse you wont know what they are.

        I know the type of thing you mean. I would search "greenhouse spares" on the internet and send details to a couple of companies on there. I suspect you might have to improvise though.

          Cheers guys. Never thought getting a part for a greenhouse would be so tricky. Will keep looking :blue thumb:

            My greenhouses were made by Crittall and Rhino - both have an aluminium top section with 'U' bends either side, the roof lights are slid into the 'U' which acts as a hinge. So there is no separate fitting.

            @WeeTam Could you take a photo of it as I can't picture what you are looking for ?

              My roof lights slide into the U section, but there is a stopper that also pushes into U section to stop the roof lights moving sideways in the wind. I think that is the bit.

                @WeeTam
                Rhino call them "roof vent bungs R92/55."
                Unfortunately that doesn't help much as I have no idea where to get them for a Robinson's greenhouse
