        Traditionally the day to go out picking dandelions for wine making (Stowe Avenue, leading to the Corinthian Arch normally has gazillions of them). Unfortunately, due to the weather, that's yet another thing I didn't do today.

              It's Mum-in-Law's birthday today as well, she's 88 although thinks she is only 66. Had Fish and Chips and sponge cake as a treat. Her flat looks over the Cathedral which is flying the flag of St George.

                    Great two days in Bath to celebrate...I even had a drink in the conservatory I built at Garfunkle's back in the 90's.....Beautiful City:cool:

                    Did you say you were staying at the Hilton? I stayed there on an SPAB course. Was too hung over to eat breakfast:sad:

                    Worked in Bath twice, both times were underground though.

                    Yes zig,we did stay there......never again though:nonofinger:Had to change rooms because of noise from the lift and scaffold outside the window...rude breakfast chef :sad:

                    I was probably better off with the hangover then. It was a week long course & that was the first night the group had to let our hair down.

                    Being the only hands on members of the group (the rest were architects & stuff) we kinda had centre stage in the pub & got a bit carried away:ccheers::chicken:
