Bugs of some kind have eaten virtually every leaf on my tatties over the past few days! Should I just pull the tatties up? There weren't any flowers before the leaves got eaten. If I do pull them up will the tatties be ok to eat given something has gobbled all the leaves?

Should I just harvest them? Will they be edible?

Move ur bags. The slugs usually underneath or down cracks in the soil. Kill the suckers and they can't eat anything. Line the compost with Sharp conifer or something. Put saucers of beer in them? Bet if u moved a bag there'd be 30

Well we decided to harvest today (mostly due to impatience haha)

We got a washing up basin full! A fair haul! Some teeny tiny, others a decent size. We baked all the tiny ones tonightin garlic and had a salad with them. Mmmm! Fair enjoyed them!
