Are you all sufering from heavy showers of rain this weekend.??
I have just returned from our boating and have been trying to put out my bedding plants.
Good job we can all do our bit of gardening here when the weather is against us.Hubby & son watching Dr Who, my time should be in the garden.
Another job is still trying to stain the fence.
Working nights I rely on some good weather for my days off.Does anyone have contact with him up there to ask for some good weather for us PLEASE.

My bedding plants are just a tad sodden on the patio. No gardening here this week-end, and this week doesn't look much better. Maybe this weekend (fingers very firmly crossed) mind the weeds are enjoying it <sigh>.

Down here in the south west it's been really dry. The soil had even started to crack, so I was pleased to see the rain, although I would have preferred it slow and steady instead of the downpours we had [IMG]

It's the same in east lothian, very heavy downpours.I'm trying to harden off my annuals but I have to keep running outside to put them back in the greenhouse to stop them from drowning!only good thing to come out of it is it's I am getting plenty of exercise!!!
