Hello all. Moved house last year and planted these in September when they were in flower. I am wondering if they are meant to be like this around March/April, whether they arnt in the best bill of health or simply waiting to spring back into life again in the coming weeks. Many thanks for your upcoming advice.

They look like they have had a hard time of it over winter.
Has it been cold where you are?

I'd trim back the dead bits and wait, they should respond as the weather warms up.

I would say more wet than cold!

Ok il try and give that a go. I have put some flower bed feed to try and give a bit of a boost! Anything else you recommend to treat with?

Cant really think of anything, but its been a mild winter.
    Did they get water logged?
Just wonder if a hardier variety might work better, the variegated ones are a bit more tender.
