    I'm brand new and a terrible gardener so forgive me if I ask lots of basic questions! I'll try and find the answers by researching first but you seem like a friendly lot to get advice from.
    I've got quite a small garden which I'm ashamed to say I have neglected and it's now in a bad state, lawn ruined and mostly weeds, everything else overgrown. As a previously disinterested gardener I don't have much experience so this is going to be a long term project for me, but I'm actually excited about getting stuck in. I'm determined by next summer it'll be a pleasure to be in the garden rather than a chore. Thanks for reading and I hope to get to know lots of people on here to ease my transition from novice to a decent gardener!
