Hello from the Black Country.

Hello, I retired last September and decided to spend some time making a low maintenance garden. At the moment I have a rough garden, north facing, 60 feet long by 25 feet wide. Approximately half is a traditional lawn with path up the middle but the far end was overgrown with trees and bushes. I had this cleared and it now looks a bit like a ploughed field. I would like to devote a small area to growing veg and maybe cover the rest with weed suppressant film and pebbles. There are many nettles and other weeds. I did a search and found this forum. I hope you can help. Thanks.

Welcome I was born in Darlaston, lived a couple of years in Wednesbury, Alexandra Rd, Kings Hill. All my schooling was done at Kings Hill schools, as when we moved back to Darlaston, by the football ground it was still walkable.

 

Hello sorry for the delay, we were on holiday for a couple of weeks. I'll post in the proper places now and try to rescue my garden.
