We run a one-man gardening business. My partner does the gardening and I do admin Any other one-man-show gardeners in here?

I used to be a one-woman-show gardener, when we were in the UK, and money was tight-tight-tight! It’s not easy, I know!

Sian in Belgium, there is a lot of demand where we live as there are a lot of lovely elderly people who can't garden themselves anymore. So luckily we can't complain about amount of customers. Our main issue is scheduling. When it's stormy we feel guilty as we can't get to people's gardens and then when the weather improves a week after it's a struggle to catch up again.
How did you cope with the scheduling & pricing? And what did you do when the weather was bad?
