    Just found this forum and I shall no doubt be putting lots of questions up. I do not have a very big garden but I am a fair weather gardener and last year did not see me out there much.

    I hope to transform my garden space so that I am encouraged to visit it more.

    The size of your garden is unimportant. We have people here that have no outdoor growing space at all, to people with what I'd describe as a country estate, and everything in between. We also have proper devout hardcore gardeners, including some that have won high profile competitions, and then people like me, with my crop of dandelions:heehee:

    Have you got some pics of your garden? The official reason for asking is that it will help us to offer advice if we can see what we're talking about, the real reason is that we're a nosey bunch who just like to look at each other's gardens.

    It would also be a big help for us when attempting to offer advice if you stick your location in your profile, as that has a massive bearing on what grows and when. It doesn't have to be too specific, just the general area so we can get some idea of your local climate.

      Hi Gloria, welcome to Gardeners Corner!!!:thumbsup::snork: It's a very friendly forum with very friendly [and slightly :rolleyespink:] people who are always ready to help. We have members, as Clueless has said,who garden on their balconies, some with Yards, some with gardens of an acre of two, some with small gardens and some with medium sized gardens.....it matters not, as we are all Gardeners and we swap advice, sometimes plants, and always a joke or two. As Clueless has said pics of your garden, if possible, would be a great help and if you could tell us all which direction your garden faces, [North, South, East or West], and the kind of soil [sandy, clay, stony, loam that would also be a great help.
