Help identifying pear tree

    Hi,

    We've just moved into a new house and have got some fruit trees in our garden, one of which is a pear. The fruit is growing pretty well, but I have no idea what type of pear it is or when to harvest. I've attached a picture so if anybody could help with identification and give some hints on care and when to harvest that would be great! Thanks
