Pinch the flowers off, they tend to flower too early, you need vegetative growth at the moment.
Some appear to be struggling and others look ok, not sure about the ones with the yellow leaves and dark veins.

I'll swap you all of my pathetic efforts for just 1 of yours with or without flowers @Notty1975 . I'd be swinging off the rafters if mine looked like yours:).

I'm assuming they are greenhouse Cues, maybe all female types?

You need to keep them warm. especially at night should we get some more cold weather.

I'd not be overly worried about feeding at this stage, more about not overwatering and keeping the plants ticking over.
If you manage to keep that lot going I'm thinking you will be supplying the whole neighbourhood come the summer.:)

The winter part of the greenhouse (where they are at the moment) is heated and kept at min of 12c and as for the neighbourhood more like the allotment as my son in law and his dad have plots there to so growing some for them and my little girl has2 guinea pigs and they have one every day as well as kale celery broccoli and carrots so hope there will be enough and save a good few pound to

You've been cheating:), no wonder your cucumbers look a damn sight better than mine. My poor wee souls have been having to cope with the spare room (unheated) which can get guy chilly!
