    Hi
When we moved into our house last year, my mother and several friends gave me lots of plants. We have kept these in a cold frame over the winter. They are all now growing, but i dont know what these ones are (unless they might be gladioli?)
Please can you someone help with IDing these?
    Thank you

I don't believe they are gladioli (the leaves look too broad and it is too early for them at the moment). Of course I could be wrong (and I'm sure some of our more experienced members will be along to help, but, I'm thinking more along the lines of day lily (Hemerocalis) in which case @Spruce will definitely be able to ID it for you :spinning:

I am rubbish at this but I'm thinking maybe an iris as it looks similar to one I've got, perhaps iris germanica?

Deffo not Gladiolus as the leaf habit is totally wrong.
Maybe Hemorcallis or possibly one of the Juno Iris species or cultivars.
