Hi all I’ve started my toms (beef Alicante money maker and Gardner’s delight) now the misses wanted to help so she potted the Gardener’s delight and money maker on for me but somehow managed to label them all money maker is there any way before fully grown and fruiting to tell what one is what as I’m giving some to the son in law and his father I don’t really want to be left with plants in just one type
    Many thanks for looking

Hi, Notty Just googled images of both of those tom varieties and came up with this image ....frankly I can't tell which is which :dunno: .....but im sure one of the Veggie experts will be along to give you
some sound advice  ....If it were me, you have plenty of time to re-sow two or more plants of the same three varieties then you be guaranteed that they are the varieties you want  ...gift the mixture plants to your family and friends and just put it down experience  - I notice that the cups are labeled on the piccy ....so maybe they have had the same rooky mistake :heehee:

there isn't a way to id those varieties until the fruit swell to full size. Personally I wouldn't grow MM or GD or Alicante anyway they are all bland, you still have time to start again choose some tasty varieties, have a look on the taste test thread to what we all thought last year and all previous years
