    hi everyone, i am a new member hoping to learn lots from you all! i have a fairly large plot with ornamental plants, some veggies and fruit. looking forward to getting help with my garden and contributing if possible, thanks, izzi :yho:

    Hi, izzi, and welcome to GC. My car (a Peugeot 306 Cabriolet with the reg IZ) is called Izzy ... ie, Isabel ... so a lovely name indeed. :luv:

    thanks guys, am glad to have joined. .....the garden has been so lovely in the fine weather we have had. today though it rained and cooled a little, everyone in ireland is a bit desperate for sustained sunshine! victoria, my grandmothers name was isabella but my mother shortened mine, thank you for your welcome.....from the land of wellies, green fields and spuds!!!!!!
