      :heehee: I was the same when I moved into this house :heehee:

      Take plenty of before and after photos (and progress along the way) because I found that I hadn't appreciated just how much I had accomplished in a relatively short space of time until I looked back on the photos. Oh, and do post those pictures on GC so we can all have a nosey :thumbsup:

      It will be helpful to put your general location in your profile for those occasions when you may need to ask advice.
