    Hi!

I am having issues keeping my indoor plants alive due to the humidity in my house? does anyone know of any pretty and resilient plants, or a way to combat the humidity?

It's usually the other way around houses are too dry in most cases rather than too humid.

It might be worth buying plants that come from places with those conditions. Hot and humid house, something tropical.

Ventilation is a must. Often problems arise due to central heating etc. I hate central heating, so I like many others resort to some kind of aid to introduce moisture into the atmosphere. Here you are basically saying, you want to get rid of the moisture. With due respects, can you elaborate a little.
