Houseplant identification please

    Can anyone identify this plant please? I know it looks none too well at the moment which is why I need to know what it is! About 12" high thanks

    Welcome to Gardeners Corner Bluegeranium. :)

    It's Ficus 'Benjamina' or Weeping Fig. I suspect it's being over watered. Let it dry right out before you water in winter or summer. They are temperamental plants and will benefit from not being moved, they like a sunny and or warm position away from draughts if possible and are quite happy standing near a radiator. When it has dried out it may not be a bad thing to give it a weak feed with something like 'Miracle gro' just to give it a boost. They like being starved and I only feed mine once or twice a year, the roots also like to be fairly pot bound, so don't pot it on until it's absolutely necessary. Basically it's a plant that is happy being forgotten about. :)

    Below is a plant I've just discarded after taking cuttings for replacement, it was almost 6ft tall which is about their overall height.
