Icon Tooltips showing as text

    This morning the Tooltips in my New Posts and Quick Links : Today's Posts have been showing up as text, with the icon missing. Occasionally I get the Icon on the same page (so I know that I have the picture itself on my PC).

    I've refreshed and fiddled around ... but it help to know if anyone else is seeing this?

    (1) is the text I am seeing, whereas the icon at (2) is what I normally see when I have posts in a thread (and which has a ToolTip saving "You have N post(s) in this thread ...")

    Its looking OK to me this morning, I get the normal icon at (2).
