    Not sure about the top one, could be a Zinnia. Second looks like an Echinops and the third is one of the ornamental cabbages. All growable in the UK.

        1) Looks like a Chrysanthemum which has very different leaves to a Zinnia.
        2) I thought it looks more like a Sea Thistle than Globe Thistle.

            I've grown 3) in the past, ornamental kale. It has the same issues as growing the type you eat as a vegetable so it needs netting against butterflies/caterpillars and pigeons, otherwise it is dead easy.

              Why do I always put Echinops when I mean Eryngium? Odd.

                  Any idea of what it is and if it's poisonous for dogs or humans
