Have you got plants which have great foliage but nondescript flowers or vice versa? I have a Hoya houseplant flowering atm which miraculously I haven't manage to kill as normally I am death to any type of house plant. It has lovely flowers but fairly uninteresting foliage and the flowers hang down so you can't see them very well. I "married" a flower to Persicaria Red Dragon and I think it looks great. The real flowers of Persicaria aren't thrilling and it would be great if the plant did have Hoya like flowers. Picture 180.jpg

Maybe others could think of good "marriages"
