The ISS will be coming over at a respectable time this evening. So, if you are intrigued, go outside at 9. 54pm tonight and view the sky to the West South West.. I will appear as an unflashing, steady, lemon coloured light and it moves quite slowly. It will almost be above you at the mid way point and will disappear in the Eastern sky after 5/6 minutes. It will be bright if you have a clear sky, as the shine is the sun's reflection and it will have only just gone to bed.
Hope you are able to see it,
    Jenny
would love to hear from you here, if you do...:dancy:

Looks like ISS is coming over around 7pm - 8pm at magnitude +3 every night until 23rd :)

You seen an Iridium Flare yet Jenny?

No I haven't Kristen haven't been out there looking for them either. What I like about this ISS alert is it's predictability . I get bored easily,

I have not managed to see the ISS yet. I have a good app on my tablet which tracks the ISS and iridium flares . It gives exact time elevation and direction. We were camping on Anglesey in August and saw an Iridium flare , it was quite spectacular . The app software track it and gives you the exact time when it will flare in your location - very clever .:dbgrtmb:
