iPad and Google

    I've been pondering getting a new tablet. Usually I have a healthy dislike of Apple products and use google and android devices but the new ipad has consistently great reviews AND is (unbelievably) much cheaper than the Google equivalent.

    Has anyone got an ipad but makes use of the google apps etc? I don't want a tablet that can't interface seamlessly with my other home kit is all
