Doesn’t the glaze add an umami dimension to the dishes?

The cooker is fairly new. The novelty will wear off eventually and normality will resume.

Salad could encourage foreign imports, carbon air miles, excessive water use in areas with inadequate rainfall, and the spread of food poisoning! (Apparently lettuce is a particular danger in this last regard.)

Dangerous Lettuce ??? Would that be the new cut and come again variety "Trumpii!" - not the most attractive looking but fast growing, spreads well ( some find it can be invasive ) and unaffected by climatic conditions. However, it does require a fair bit of attention so probably not every grower's choice

My oven doors lift off and you can take them apart for a good clean. The worst bit is the hinges and getting the doors back on. Read the instructions.

We've even replaced the grill element. We had to detach and pull the double oven out of its housing and balance it on a chair. It's very heavy. We've got another to do and one of the internal fans to replace. Easy peasy.

Our oven door is very easy to remove, I'm sure you're delighted to read that, just a couple of clips to move and off it comes. We don't need to remove it very often as the glass can be removed separately for cleaning.

It comes off easily enough. I'm just afraid of dropping it.
I'm a little concerned when I clean the microwave glass plate thing too so I've kept the old one just in case.
