I have a few sprinklers, and to be honest they are all rubbish. The current fleet is a Hozelock flat multi-pattern job which is next to useless, and two rotating pulse sprinklers (one a Hozelock, the other a solid metal version that I got a couple of years ago from Amazon) - neither of these really rotate properly, often sticking at one end of their arc when they do decide to rotate.

So, I am looking for a good sprinkler, bit it seems that such a thing may not exist?

The only good sprinkler is a dead sprinkler

Didn't think anyone could afford to use one these days.;)

I've got several versions of them which I use every "Blue Moon" and they seem to do the job, otherwise they would have gone over the fence into the neighbours garden long ago:whistle::heehee:. I think the trick is to make sure they're placed level and maybe on a brick or two to increase the range.:snorky:

Funny enough @Sheal, I have just ordered once very similar to that from Amazon, which will hopefully get me going.

I could never be bothered to turn the tap off so they're fun to move around the garden without getting soaked @fat controller.

I have an inground system for the grass anc Lee Valley low flow irrigation for all of my pots and beds. Well worth the money.

I have a cheap and cheerful one from Lidl, works a treat.

The one I ordered from Amazon arrived this morning, and for 11 quid, it is actually really good - better than the branded ones. One thing is for sure, my water pressure is rubbish, which clearly isn't helping matters. My new hose seems to be attenuating pressure too, although the 100m length might also be having an affect?
