        One of the biggest blunders was the start of a few councils who decided to sell on composted waste they collect in the London area. Unfortunately the waste contained JKW and the running joke within a government organisation was they sold grow your own knotweed.
        One reason I never touch composts from councils.

          I put all sorts of weeds into my "green" bin, together with grass mowing with seed heads.

          No way would I touch council compost either.
