    I see that part of Countryfile on BBC 1 tonight at 18.00 hours is about planting "very" early potatoes in Jersey.

    I for one will be watching with interest!

    whats the earlieast you can plant? and when? I mean i had last year some so called early, forgot the variety, but my main crop and loved desiree was much bigger and sooner then the early:scratch:, so really need some advice? dont trust the suplliers anymore:cool:
