    Hi everyone, I've been reading on here for a while and am happy to now have joined here. For me and my husband our very first introduction to gardening was a bittersweet one, as the first thing we ever planted in our garden was a memorial tree on what should have been our baby girls first birthday. A beautiful cherry tree which we felt was very symbolic with its fleeting but beautiful blossoms. That was nine years ago now and our love for gardening has grown, and the garden has gone from nothing but overgrown grass to a mature, wildlife garden. It's our little sanctuary :) We still have lots of plans for it, and we are looking forward to getting started again on it now the snow has mostly melted.

                            I too like Lucius and other GCer's garden for wildlife ....the buzzy's and flutterbys in particular, so we share a common ground there :gardening: So all thats left to say is its lovely to have you aboard our friendly, fun packed and informative forum.
