Has anyone tried growing pinks from seed? Is it - relatively - easy? I'd like quite a few and don't have any at the moment so can't try cuttings.

        Hi JJ,

Now is the perfect time to sow any of the Dianthus family ( Carnations, Pinks, Sweet Williams, Lychnis).

Just grow them on and plant out in their permanent positions around Sept/ Oct.

They're really easy, no fuss plants to grow.
