Hi all, as above and I realise it will take a time for the suckers to disappear, but need info on a good poison to kill it off below ground.

Two years I thought I cut off branches from the main root, but it still grew is this possible or did I miss one or more, sounds a silly question but is it possible.

Thanks for your time, much appreciated!!

@Soiled . It is Boston Ivy you have - with three pointed leaves , and not Virginia creeper with five pointed leaves ? I have Virginia and its a easy plant to grow and prune . I just cut the vine at about 9 feet , and the growth just pulls down with a good tug . The suckers do not mark the brick work at all :blue thumb: Never tried to kill it off . I presume if you cut it back to ground level it will re grow . So you may have to dig the main root out . Some other member may know how to do this ?
