Kudos to Thompson & Morgan customer service

Lots can be said about Thompson & Morgan and other big boys in the retail horticulture industry. But today I'm well impressed with them. Late last night (Saturday) I wrote a complaint to them about only getting 16 seeds in a pack supposed to be of 30 F1 seeds. This morning at 10:30am (Sunday), I got a reply saying that a replacement pack would be sent in the post. Nice work T&M.

 

I have to agree they are good at dealing with complaints and quickly but often they dont get it right the 1st time thats what annoys me with them.

 

I'm sure they are good at dealing with complaints.
I think they get a lot of practice.

 

Rubbish at dealing with my complaint.

 

Sorting out my seeds for this year I found a packet with a note attached of a tel conv with T&M in May of last year promising to send replacement seeds. I'm still waiting for them.
