    Hi Folks
I am a new 'comer inner', joined this forum way back in the year but garden has prevented me from past prevarication. Thank God for all that rain and all the subsequent wonderful Yorkshire produce. As a native southerner recently moved up here I thought that it was all rock and rabbits but rhubarb and runner beans galore have been some of my rewards this year. On the down side yer canna grow cabbages in the Peaks as the slugs have an appetite more prounced that a mill worker down t'pub on a saturday night.
I look forward to using this and possibly solving my ongoing lack of expertise.

    Hello and welcome.
I think the slugs all over the country seem to have similar hunger for leaves this year.
