We planted some winter aconites last year and they have come up for the first time but are still growing and yet to flower. Will we see flowers on them or is it too late in the year now?

Well, certainly ours have finished flowering and are just beginning to go to seed.

I think you'll see flowers ... depends where you are in the country as to whether they are late, or "about right" (if you get the chance could you put you location in your profile, as it will then show up against your messages, thanks)

Hmm unlikely to flower now as I have 1000s up here in the frozen North and mine starting flowering about a month ago. Maybe the corms aren't big enough yet but hopefully they'll flower for you next year.
