I know there is a shortage of Covid Home Testing Kits, but thought I would try online, put all my details in, then up came, no kits available.
My moan is why didn't the site say no kits available in the beginning:scratch:

That requires updating the website. By letting you put the effort in, it does an automated stock check to let you know so no effort required

Looks like 2022 is starting up where 2021 left off as far as things going sideways.

I had bought 7 pairs of leggings with the intention of 5 pairs to go to my one boy's new partner. These are lovely and heavy and good for our winters and she had mentioned that she really feels the cold. And my good intentions back fired. They were the right size for her and patterns she just loved but she is allergic to polyester! :yikes: Obviously I did not know that. In fact I've never known anybody with that allergy.

So back to the store I went. Why did I not notice a "exchanges only, no returns" sign when I bought them? So, I landed up exchanging for leggings in solid colours and to coordinate with some of the tops I've made lately.

Really, I did not need all of these as I already had 3 pairs :doh:Guess I'll be able to wear coordinated outfits every day of the week... :rolleyespink:

Thank @Upsydaisy but it really isn't a biggie. A couple of the pairs that I already had have patterns that I really like but would never wear outside of my property line. They will be my "work" pairs or maybe jammie bottoms. :)

Thee hee, I have a ranking of the various "Home only". So here it goes:

                      1. Fairly decent ones that don't frighten the Postie
                      2. Fairly decent-ish that don't frighten the Postie, but may cause a comment. Worn, when the option 1) is not available.
                      3. Same as above, but temperature related i.e. thermal or normal
                      4. The ones to wear when not expecting to answer the door. General use.
                      5. As in 4), but worn when doing dirty domestic chores such as scrubbing under the sink.
                      6. Home wear for the tasks before the garment is downgraded to gardening wear. I will not go into the details here.
                      7. Gardening wear: front garden tasks
                      8. Gardening wear: back garden tasks
                      9. Gardening wear: The Neighbour looks concerned and offers a cuppa and help
                      10. Gardening wear: as above, but with Social Services/ Police involved
Grades 11 onwards will probably include an angry mob on the doorstep with torches and pitchforks, but as I'm a refined and educated professional lady, I can't confirm :heehee: Yet

Omg @Upsydaisy yes, bleach stains. I made a top in navy blue and forgot to add a small piece of scrap to the neck to i.d. the back. Was a pain to sort as the back was very similar to the front. Until I got bleach polka dots on the front of it :roflol:

                          @Selleri :roflol: too familiar...

I must have two dozen pairs. All colours and patterns. All materials including faux suede and velour. I buy them at least two sizes larger as I can't stand them skin tight, same with tops.

I don't have such a vast range but have tracksuit bottoms, all navy blue, for working in the garden - rarely wear trousers as I find belts uncomfortable. Those are ones that have faded or got paint splodges on. Then there are my rugby tops for gardening. Those are the ones with holes in them - mainly between the sleeve and cuff or along the collar. Some are 20 years old but are extremely comfortable.

If people turn up whilst I'm gardening then they have to take me as I am!
