Long handled shears

    Due to disability and wire netting fence left by previous owner of house there is a strip of my garden I can't get into. I would like to just keep the grass cut back and eventually plant bluebells etc. However, my long handle shears with blades that are at right angles are not suitable for this job. I need long handles as I have to reach over fence. Is there such a tool?
