Looking for Bamboo

Hi, I am looking for a place to get a nice Bamboo plant. The ones in my local garden centres are not very good and very expensive. I just wondered if anyone knows of any good places, online or not that are worth checking out. cheers.

Have a look among the 'patioplants' collections in supermarkets and wilko's etc, I got a nice variegated Bamboo (Pleioblastus Simonii Variegatum) 2.99, small plants though

 

If you have a local W.I. market with a plant stall it might be worth a look, mine has lots of bargains, including a black bamboo which I bought last year.
Otherwise hang around the local supermarket near the 'Chicken Tonite'and if any pandas come in follow them home as they don't need their bamboo anymore.
